Diana is a highly talented baker whose work has been awarded numerous accolades. While she was still studying at Plymouth CFE she was awarded the Burton Cup for the most Outstanding Student and was deemed Student of the Year. She has also been a prize-winner at the Western Region Master Bakers Competition for her work in chocolate couverture. She has spent time working abroad at the prestigious Rischards Bakery in Munich where again her talents did not go unnoticed and she was awarded the Association of Colleges Award for Placement Abroad. Diana has a flair for baking and a knack for making it easy for beginners to follow in her footsteps. Her recipes are always innovative and experimental but always delicious!
