Isabel was brought up in Mexico which she says exposed her to an influential multi-cultural experience of eating from a young age. Inspired, Isabel later set up her own catering company in London which ran successfully for 15 years. She has cooked romantic dinners for two to rooftop barbecues for 400, and was aware that it can be difficult for cooks to create dishes just for two as so many recipes are aimed at four people or more. With a growing UK population deciding not to have children or to delay having them, Isabel has used her passion for food to target this new zeitgeist.
Her first book, Just the Two of Us, is now available.
